SILENCED

"Silence" is an incredibly powerful piece—one that feels deeply personal to me. While silence can hold strength in certain moments, I wanted to explore its opposite. As women, we are so often silenced—or silence ourselves. We hold our tongues to be polite. We hold our tongues to remain unseen. We hold our tongues to comply. Sexual abuse—silenced. Conflict—silenced. Domestic abuse—silenced. Women’s rights—silenced. Our voices matter. Our authenticity matters. Yet still, we sit in SILENCE.
