Finding Nirvana: Earth Angel

"Finding Nirvana: Earth Angel" actually has dual meaning behind it. It was a nod to my generation-Xennials. The band Nirvana was a loud voice for so many of us growing up. We were the end of Gen-X and the dawn of the Millennials. Our childhood was fueled by the independence of being latch-key kids and our teen years were infused with the emergence of major technological advances. On the other side of the dual meaning is a representation of myself as an earth angel. When you are healing and searching the depths of your inner world, you pull positive stories from the inner archives. It came to mind that there were so many occasions where people disclosed to me in conversations that I was their "Angel". Whether it was an act of bravery to literally save someone's life or as simple as words of wisdom I provided someone, there were so many times people told me I "saved" them in some way--almost as if I was an Angel sent to them at the perfect time-- Hence this representation.
